Room not occupied by 2200 hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
There is a an option for parking on the street street outside the hotel upon availability of a parking spot with hourly rate city tariff. 24 hours covered parking situated 200 m away by walk and 2 minutes by car, is available for our Clients with a discounted rate (http://bestinparking.it/garage/como/s-elia-6); tickets avaialble at our reception desk. Please note, covered parking is not reservable in advance and has a a limit of 2.10 meters height of the vehicle.
All guests must produce a valid personal document (ID Card or Passport) upon Check-in.
